One Official WhatsApp Broadcast Hub, No API Fees for Customer Replies.

Example view with illustrative data.

Send mass promotional messages centrally from one official WhatsApp API number, then automatically route customer replies to each business unit's regular WhatsApp number (Basic/Business) so operations keep running smoothly without triggering per-reply messaging fees.

Built for businesses with many branches, outlets, dealers, areas, or operational units.

When every reply counts, visibility matters more

Since October 1, 2026, every WhatsApp Business number gets 1,000 free service messages per month.

Meta charges from the 1,001st service message that the customer successfully receives.

For businesses with many units and WhatsApp numbers, the challenge is not only understanding the rates, but knowing:

  • Which unit uses the most messages
  • Which activities increase volume
  • Where long conversations happen
  • How usage can be controlled
  • When another channel is a better fit

Scattered costs are hard to control without centralized data.

The more units you have, the harder it is to see operations as a whole

When each unit manages its own communication, management faces several challenges:

  • Broadcasts run through many separate channels
  • Connection status is hard to monitor
  • Customer contacts are scattered
  • Replies can reach the wrong unit
  • Supervisor access has no clear boundaries
  • Message usage is hard to compare across units
  • Potential costs only show up after the bill arrives

Businesses need a control center that brings operations and usage together without removing each unit’s responsibility.

Centralized control. Handling stays with the right unit.

SuperAdmin brings WhatsApp communication across all units into one dashboard.

Management can monitor operations, run Broadcasts from one official number, route replies to the relevant unit, and see message usage in a more structured way.

With that visibility, a business can spot high-volume units or activities and choose the right next step before costs grow out of control.

Control costs from two sides

Get visibility through SuperAdmin

Track usage, conversation volume, Broadcast activity, and cost summaries based on the data available.

Cut unnecessary usage

Route replies to the right unit so conversations are not forwarded or repeated by hand.

Continue long conversations through Chat Link

Use WhatsApp as the entry point, then move conversations that need many replies to Chat Link.

SuperAdmin shows businesses where messages are used. Chat Link helps reduce how many messages still need to be sent through WhatsApp.

One dashboard for operations across units

Example view with illustrative data.

Monitor every business unit

See unit count, connection status, latest activity, and operating condition in one place.

Run centralized Broadcasts

Create and track Broadcasts through one official number to reach customers across units.

Route replies to the right unit

Replies can be routed by customer choice, the last unit that served them, connection status, and unit availability.

Keep service running when a unit is offline

If the target unit cannot receive messages, the system can reroute them to a backup unit as configured.

Unify customer contact data

See the responsible unit, interaction history, last message, and sync status.

Set access by responsibility

Admins manage the whole system. Supervisors only see the units within their access scope.

Track usage and potential costs

See message usage in one place so teams can anticipate WhatsApp Business API costs.

Every reply goes back to the relevant unit

SuperAdmin helps choose the target unit based on:

  1. Customer choice
  2. The last unit that served them
  3. Unit connection status
  4. Staff availability
  5. Backup rerouting rules

With this flow, customers do not need to be moved by hand and several units do not need to repeat the same conversation.

Need more advanced communication setup?

A browser extension is available as a paid add-on for:

  • Advanced message routing
  • A customized WhatsApp Web view
  • A dedicated workspace for operations teams

The browser extension and the custom WhatsApp Web view are not automatically included in the base SuperAdmin plan.

What to know before implementation

  • The 1,000 service message allowance applies per WhatsApp Business API number (Official Business Account) per month, not automatically per business unit.
  • The regular WhatsApp number (long number) at each unit runs separately from the WhatsApp API scheme, so customer replies that arrive at the branch are completely free of Meta messaging fees.
  • Meta charges from the 1,001st service message that the customer successfully receives.
  • Final rates and billing follow the rate card and usage data from Meta or the relevant provider.
  • Cost information in SuperAdmin is for monitoring and can differ from the final bill.
  • Sync depends on each unit’s connection status.
  • Units that are not connected may see sync delays.
  • Backup rerouting follows the rules you configure.
  • In monitoring mode, SuperAdmin is not an inbox where Admins reply to customers directly.
  • Available features depend on the plan, integrations, and implementation configuration.

FAQ

Does the 1,000 service message allowance apply to each unit?

The allowance applies to each WhatsApp Business number. If several units share one number, they share that number’s free allowance. If each unit has its own number, each number gets 1,000 free service messages per month.

When do service message charges start?

Meta charges from the 1,001st service message the customer successfully receives in a month, at the official rate in effect.

Does SuperAdmin set WhatsApp rates?

No. Rates are set by Meta and/or the relevant provider. SuperAdmin gives visibility into usage and potential costs.

Does SuperAdmin automatically reduce WhatsApp costs?

SuperAdmin helps businesses monitor usage, cut inefficient processes, and decide on a channel strategy. For long conversations, Chat Link can reduce the number of messages that still go through WhatsApp.

Does SuperAdmin replace each unit’s account?

No. SuperAdmin is the center for management and monitoring, while each unit keeps its operational responsibilities.

Do all replies always go back to the previous unit?

Not always. The system also considers connection status, availability, customer choice, and backup rerouting rules.

Is the browser extension part of the base plan?

No. The browser extension for advanced setup and the custom WhatsApp Web view are available as paid add-ons.

Do not wait for the bill to understand your WhatsApp business usage

Bring monitoring, Broadcasts, customer data, team access, message routing, and usage tracking into one control center.

See the usage. Control the operations. Decide the channel strategy.

WhatsApp Business Platform terms and rates may be updated by Meta. Final calculations follow usage data and the official rate card in effect.
